Description:a simple gentle fist strike but by stwisting the hand at the point of impact it send the chakra like a drill into the opponent destroying the chakra point it hits (only one strike per post a jonin can do two strikes per turn)

note: the twin palm driver is a taijutsu move where the user sends there opponent into the air and in mid-air and using the medicial tape wrapped around there arms to restrain the opponent and at the point of impact with the ground the user drives both palms into the chest of the opponent
