no all you have to do is make eye contact once with the user of the genjutsu
i dont think there is a jutsu that reverses ninjutsu unless he has created it

he must of created it because there is no such sharingen abbility
just a couple of simple thing to beat them
1:dont get into a taijutsu fight there is about a 10% chance you will win
2:out smart the clan member
3:make them attack stupidly by making them mad
4:stick to long ranged attacks
