How to play on this forum^^(for new people to naruto forums)

Rules:
Need a sensei to learn techniques.
Before learning jutsus u need to take a chakra test.
Guidelines:
Start out as a genin!
Register ur character first.
Register jutsus,get bloodlines*clans*,get a village to live in.
Get a sensei!^^
Everything u do or say u type in.^^
Have fun as a Shinobi!
